All accessories are carefully crafted and made with the upmost quality tailored to each individual customer. Therefore there are no returns and no refunds (exchanges are on a case by case basis determined by JAYCEE.NYC).

Our products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. Therefore, we are NOT responsible for damages caused during the shipping process and for packages lost in transit. All orders damaged or loss due to shipping carrier issues covered under insurance must be taken up with USPS.

Please be 100% sure about the product and size before purchasing. If you have questions please email before purchase.

If item is in stock processing and shipping is about 2-5 days. Occasionally items require 1-2 weeks to be processed and shipped if they are not in stock. Please be patient. If there is a longer delay than usual an email will be sent out.
